At Hybrid Racing, we stand behind the quality of our performance parts and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a component doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or contact our support team to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, stickers, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix your provided RMA label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned parts for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
