    If you're looking at your CB Accord and thinking it deserves a K-series, Hasport already did the hard engineering for you. This CBK mount kit is built specifically for dropping a K20 or K24 into a 1990-1993 Honda Accord and turning what could be a fabrication nightmare into a bolt-in swap after some engine bay prep. It's the foundation the rest of the swap builds on, get the motor located right and everything else falls into place.

    The big win is engine placement. Hasport's dual-height design puts the motor exactly where it needs to be for proper axle alignment, real ground clearance, and no surprise hood clearance fights. At the same time it keeps the cylinder head positioned so your intake, header, and exhaust actually fit. You spend less time fighting parts and more time building the car you had in mind.

    These aren't generic mounts. Hasport builds them with robotically welded, laser-cut steel brackets and their own no-tear, vibration-minimizing urethane bushings, the same construction that's made Hasport the default in the K-swap world.     Important: this kit requires cutting the stock transmission bracket

    Be clear on this before you order. Installing this kit requires cutting the stock transmission bracket off the frame rail, that's part of the engine bay prep, not an optional step. It works on both former-automatic and manual chassis, but the swap itself is manual transmission only. This is normal for a swap of this scope, but it's permanent modification, so go in knowing the car needs that work done.


    Pick your transmission kit

    The CBK kit comes in four versions depending on which K-series transmission you're running. Match the kit to your trans before you order.

    CBK2 RSX and 2002-2011 Civic Si manual transmissions
    CBK4 2003-2007 Accord and 2004-2008 TSX manual transmissions
    CBK5 2008-2013 Accord, 2009-2014 TSX, and 2012-2015 Civic Si manual transmissions
    CBKAWD K-series CR-V and Element AWD or FWD manual transmissions


    Pick your bushing stiffness

    Hasport offers four durometers so you can match how the car feels to how you actually drive it. Stiffer holds the engine tighter and sends more power cleanly to the wheels, but more vibration comes into the cabin. Be honest about your use, this is the most common thing people pick wrong.

    62A Street Best for daily driving. Closest to stock feel with minimal added vibration.
    70A Street/Track The middle ground for spirited street driving and occasional track time.
    88A Extreme Race For dedicated track cars. Expect noticeably more vibration.
    94A Most Extreme Race Maximum stiffness for serious race and drag builds. Hasport rates these mounts for use up to 8-second drag cars at the top end.

    For a street-driven Accord, stick with 62A or 70A. The 88A and 94A are not recommended for street cars, the added vibration is rough to live with and the stiffness puts extra stress on surrounding components. Save those for a track or drag build.
